I watched some more 21 Jump Street this past weekend. HILARIOUS. I love it. It's so cheesy and awesome. I think Depp's hair just gets bigger and bigger as the series goes on. And then finding out that the main actress (Holly Robinson -- who is gorgeous, btw) sings the (uber cheesy and awesome) theme song -- along with Peter Deluise and Johnny Depp adding the "JUMP!" in the background -- was the icing on the cake. WHO KNEW JOHNNY DEPP SANG LIKE THAT BEFORE SWEENEY TODD? Okay, so it's more like yelling, but whatever.

Aaaaaand Silent Hill 5 is actually going to be called Silent Hill: Homecoming. Nice. <3333333

I was promoted from Associate Staff to Professional Staff today! Snazzy title wut :o

So earlier today was definitely Silent Hill weather. It was foggy and about 45 degrees outside. NOW WHERE WERE ALL THE MONSTERS. ;-; And my flashlight and radio. And big awesomely designed jacket/vest?

There's a video gaming convention the first weekend of January at the hotel across the street from my work. And then the next weekend at the same hotel is my company dinner/dance/holiday/formal thing. Hahah, imagine if they were on the same weekend. "BRB GUYS, GOTTA GO LOOK SNAZZY AND EAT FOOD FOR A BIT." How much you wanna bet if I end up going to the con, I will park in my free work parking lot. :O Heehehe.

I never linked the other Private video here! And I must! Because he two-steps in this one too! It's about a minute in. And just as awesome, although he is much more emo looking in this video. I love the mini-dance-goth-pop parade they got going -- and then when the backup singer comes in at about 1:37 and shoves the crap out of Thomas like, "IT'S MY TURN, BITCH, THX." Then they proceed to pushfight for the camera. XD

And as a follow up to the last Silent Hill fangasming/fangirl thing. Here are eleven videos that show you why I love Silent Hill So Damn Much. These aren't just video games, they're works of art, yo -- I'M SUPER SERIAL. I WILL MARK MOVIES IF THEY HAVE SPOILERS. Some of the best things in these games are the twists.

1.) THE OPENING [Silent Hill 2] -- the first time I turned on SH2 and this came on I think I watched it like three times before I actually started playing. The song is amazing and just akfjkdjfksjdjfkdj favorite game ever. Also, the line, "YOU FORGOT THAT VIDEOTAPE WE MADE" always caught my ear cause I was like, "LOL SILENT HILL PORN!" I also always loved the line:

"All you care about is that dead wife of yours!"

CLASSIC!

2.) THE DOG ENDING [Silent Hill 2] -- this is by far the most crackheaded and awesome ending I have ever seen in a game EVER. THE CREDITS. THEY ARE AMAZING. AND THE SONG.

3.) EILEEN ENDING [Silent Hill 4: The Room] -- I LOVE this ending. It's so sad, but I always found the first person view of Henry falling to the floor at the end in utter emoness and despair to be so fitting and gorgeous. SPOILER.

4.) JAMES WATCHES THE VIDEOTAPE [Silent Hill 2] -- possibly my favorite cutscene in a video game ever. The angles, the music, the CRAZY PLOT. The first time I saw it my jaw dropped. SPOILERS, MAJOR SPOILERS. It really hits the fan about a minute into that video. And then the way he tells Laura. DAMN. HEART. (As a disturbing bonus -- the audio clip of how the videotape was originally supposed to sound was found on the PC version and put over the video for how it was really supposed to be -- but it's pretty unsettling and makes the kiss he plants on her forehead all the more horrible.)

5.) THE REVENGE ENDING [Silent Hill 3] -- featuring Heather (HI COOLEST MAIN CHARACTER NAME EVER XD) in one of her classic alternate outfits and then meeting with the main characters of Silent Hill and Silent Hill 2, Harry and James, respectively. The pictures are hilarious -- and the song at the end. OMG, where they sing about all the characters. LOVE. Not really... spoilish, just MESSED UP. <3

6.) BRAINTREE DROPS & WALTER TALKS TO HIMSELF [Silent Hill 4: The Room] -- Walter Sullivan is total crazypants insane love. Also, Richard Braintree was the scariest sacrament in the entire universe. THE WAY HE WALKED. P.S. Henry Townshend is so hot. Even with his cheesy little shuffle and his, "DAYUM."

7.) CYBIL ON THE CAROUSEL [Silent Hill] -- SPOILERS!! I will admit I hid behind the couch when I saw her ass coming at me with those eyes. Until Valerie was like, "HEATHER HEATHER WHAT THE FUCK GET UP YOU HAVE TO FIGHT HER!" And then once it was over I hid again during this scene. It was just so creepy. You also get the nice gameplay footage of her CHOKING THE SHIT OUT OF HARRY MASON.

8.) THE INTRODUCTION OF PYRAMID HEAD [Silent Hill 2] -- The first cutscene we see him in and WTF IS HE DOING???1/1//1 OMG. He is still the creepiest SH villain ever -- probably the creepiest thing ever. Especially when he does that weird wiggly helmet grab thing in front of where James is hiding. Also, JAMES SUNDERLAND WINS HERO OF THE YEAR AWARD FOR TRYING TO SHOOT THROUGH A CLOSET DOOR WHILE HIDING. Nothing like giving your position away, kid -- GTF back to Midwich and get schooled!

9.) FOOTAGE AND GAMEPLAY [Silent Hill 5] -- HELLO CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS GAME KTHX BYE. D: At 57 SECONDS WITH THE WALLS PEELING, I FLIPPED. And dude, if you go back to #7 and watch the gameplay footage in that (PSX game) and then come to this gameplay footage and look at it... O_O

10.) THIS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGINS [Silent Hill: 0rigins] -- A trailer with some mad old footage, but the music is still love and so is Travis. This game was a big thumbs up from me. They did a great job with it. <3

11.) CYBIL & ROSE, MEET YOUR NEW FRIEND [Silent Hill: the movie] -- I have to give credit where credit is due. I liked the movie, even though it tweaked a bunch of stuff. This scene totally kicked ass.

OMG, the Twobacks in Silent Hill: Origins are so nasty. Every time they come up and try to hump Travis, I throw up in my mouth a little. D: I was in the Riverside Motel (I swear, this is like Travis' Lakeview Hotel *shudder*) and ew, all the holes to peak in the rooms? And jumping into the bashed in bathtub to the total Pr0n Suite below and finding Kaufmann and Lisa in the hotel room together? WAT WAT WAT? TWOBACKS, WAT? I knew something had to be going on when I was standing over the bathtub and I could hear CRYING AND PANTING I'M LIKE I DON'T WANT TO GO DOWN THERE TRAVIS NO. D:

BUT I BEAT IT AND TRAVIS WINS AT LIFE. I love the chatter on his radio at the end too. PLUS THE MOON GAUNTLETS! <3

(OMG ORIGINS. GOOD ENDING. He's smiling and I swear this is the happiest ending to a SH game ever. BAD ENDING. ;-; The PSP graphics on his eye though! AND THE UFO ENDING. IT'S THE DOG! <3333333)

Aaaaand the Butcher. Grosssss and creeeeepy. He's like Pyramid Head's little cousin. Also ew is going out and running around and getting chased by the roadkill turkey monsters and the pelvic thrusting nurses -- ALSO THE MEDICAL HALOS. AND THE CALIBANS. Alright, so I was thinking about what's going to happen to Jacen/Caedy Caedus in the end of this series and I really have no idea what they're going to do. Here are the options I came up with and what I think of them. And also what I think about TK and her future doings. Haha, that sounds funny.

So I went shopping with Mom today and we went to Jo-ann's and Michael's and so on. We ended up at one of the thrift stores at one point and I found this thing for six dollars that looks fairly similar to one of these things (see globe things on either side of the picture) from Sirrus' room in the Stoneship Age from Myst. And promptly after finding it, I bought it.

Then at Jo-ann's they always have the rack of the cute chirpy birds and as I walked past it, there was a sparrow sitting in my face waiting for me to buy it. So I got him too. He was on sale. And now I want to have a Stephen King party so I can go as Thad Beaumont with a sparrow on my head. I'm a special kid. D:

Speaking of effed up, more Silent Hill 5 stuff. I have no words to describe my sudden and horrible (OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT THING?) want need for this game. The GRAPHICS. Alex and Elle are so hot. D: And the decomposing, evil child that I will not name his name in the last scan makes me cry. I already feel horrible for Alex. And the nurse's have amazing asses. Nurse exercise plan for me, please.
